At long last. After many years of requests, we are thrilled to debut a gluten free version of our beloved OG sea salt brownie!  It has all of the same high-quality ingredients as the original, but no wheat for those who are allergic to or prefer not to eat gluten. The texture is identical to our regular brownies thanks to the geniuses at the King Arthur Baking Company, and as anyone who has experienced the “cardboard” texture of many gluten free baked goods can attest, this is a huge accomplishment. The taste is virtually identical to our original brownie and is equally delicious.

• King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour (rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, vitamin and mineral blend (calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin b3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), xanthan gum, cellulose gum)
• bittersweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, soy lecithin)
• cocoa powder
• vanilla extract
• sea salt.
