I’m so excited to launch our first-ever Salted Baked Goods cookie!  Inspired by the Banana Nutella Crepes I always get at street fairs, and my dad’s delicious crepe-like banana pancakes I grew up eating, SBG has put its salty “spin” on this always amazing flavor combination.  The dough is made with a banana “flour” (created by pulverizing dehydrated banana chips), and our salted crepe crunch, which contains flakes of buttery crepes.  We then take it to the next level by filling the center with Nutella, which, as we all know, makes everything taste better.  That’s right, a crepe and a cookie mashed up into one delicious package!
